tbrittmarsh, If your Engine is at top rpm at wot, the engine will overspeed by going down in the pitch. Go to Michigan propellers.com and there is a tutorial on how to choose a prop and the effects of it. good luck on the choice. <`)>((((< ED

flnativeone, So I am the old one, I resemble that remark. How do you know you are the better looking one? Just because you are Younger? Oh well, that is the way it is. One day you will be as old as I am and will love every minute of it. Just kidding, I am glad to be called anything especially old, Just remember me at supper time and call me for supper. <`)>((((< ED

Fellow Sea Pro Owners, I've been badgering Brunswick for a while now for some information on where to go for Sea Pro parts and technical support. There were no links, phone numbers on Trophy's web site so I went to them. First, they resisted and told me to contact my local Trophy dealer. The local Trophy dealer was nice, but knew nothing about providing support for Sea Pro, so I kept bugging them. Here's what I finally got. A phone number and some names. Hope this helps. The phone number to our Customer Service department is 360-435-8957. For technical service Don Young and Ross Robinson are your contacts. For parts it depends where you live but you will be directed to anyone that can help answer your questions as you call in. When you call please have the hull serial number of the boat ready. It's 12 characters long and is embossed into the boat's transom. We can help you get part numbers and let you know of availability but we do not sell parts factory direct and we do not set dealer pricing as well so we can't help with either of these.

My name is Ed Clark. I own a 2006 center console Seapro (Model 2006V2400). I have a problem putting fuel in the boat when it is in the water. When it is on the trailer, this problem doesn't occur. It would appear that there is a venting issue as the fill neck for the fuel tank is at the rear of the tank. When in the water, you can get it about half full. The tank holds 83 gallons and the only way I can get 83 gallons in it is to put it on the trailer. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Sea Pro is out of business and I can't get an answer. Any information would be appreciated.

This was an awesome post. I contacted them to see if they had left over capacity plate for my boat. While they did not have one...they were SUPER friendly!

Thanks for the info It's under the back deck and console. Pull the access cover off that's located in the bottom back deck of your boat and you can see it. If you still need help, start a new thread on the subject and you should get more help.

Thanks for the info What Simple Man said... you should see the access cover right behind the console seat / leaning post. WELCOME to the forum... I think you're making a wise decision installing a T-top... show it to us if and when you get it done.

Small parts.....I have a Sea Pro 196 and I need some small hardware for it, nuts, bolts, etc. At present I have been looking for the SS high hat type nuts that are mounted on the bottom of the glass on my bait well. They mount on the underside of the glass and the SS 10/32 screw, screws down into them after passing through the SS hinge that holds down the glass cover of the semicircular bait well cover. Anybody have any ideas where I can scrounge some of these high hat nuts.

Replace with stainless ny-lock nuts and new screws, thats what I did after several of those blind nuts corroded out. No more problems and much stronger. The High hat nuts are aluminum and with dissimilar metals corrode fast.

Hi, first vist to this part of the site. I have a 21' CC with a 200hp Suzuki 2 stroke that runs fine but at idle only 2 or 3 cylinders are firing and all 6 kick in at about 1800rpms. I told it was EPA control over outboard emmisions during those years. The problem is is that I'm stinking up the yacht club at idle. Does anyone know of a way to overide this and get all 6 cylinders to work at idle ? Other manufacturers during that time did the same thing at idle. Joe

You should start your own thread, clearly stating in the subject line what your question concerns.
