Fellow Sea Pro Owners, I've been badgering Brunswick for a while now for some information on where to go for Sea Pro parts and technical support. There were no links, phone numbers on Trophy's web site so I went to them. First, they resisted and told me to contact my local Trophy dealer. The local Trophy dealer was nice, but knew nothing about providing support for Sea Pro, so I kept bugging them. Here's what I finally got. A phone number and some names. Hope this helps. The phone number to our Customer Service department is 360-435-8957. For technical service Don Young and Ross Robinson are your contacts. For parts it depends where you live but you will be directed to anyone that can help answer your questions as you call in. When you call please have the hull serial number of the boat ready. It's 12 characters long and is embossed into the boat's transom. We can help you get part numbers and let you know of availability but we do not sell parts factory direct and we do not set dealer pricing as well so we can't help with either of these.

Don't know for sure, but that's where I'd start.

Are they the ones to call for hull warranty issues also? I went through my dealer for some structural problems I had. But the boat was only one year old also

when i originally heard that they were going out of business i called them up. i spoke to the REP that handled Florida. he said not to worry about the hull warranty because although they were closing Sea Pro, Brunswick was not closing. they had ( i don't remember if he called it blue marine or the Brunswick marine division) would solve the problem.. i don't know if we had a warranty issue if Brunswick at this point would step up to the plate. maybe they will handle it on a case by case basis.

Hi, I received this e-mail from Brunswick Marine. I looked at Trophy and the 2006 dc is the Sea Pro 206dc. Should make replacement parts easy. I'm sure some of the others are the same as well. Good for us. Your inquiry regarding Sea Pro boats was forwarded to us for a response. Brunswick Marine has been prudent in managing the structure of all of our companies through the current economic down turn. Faced with the reality of the pleasure boating industry shrinking so dramatically we have made decisions to close, relocate and restructure boat manufacturing plants, to consolidate boat brands and, in some cases, cease the production of some boat brands. At the same time, we remain committed to supporting all of the products we have built. Sea Pro boats were built as part of the Bluewater Marine Group which also included Sea Boss, Palmetto and Laguna fishing boats. The decision was made to cease production of these brands and we here at US Marine were given the responsibility of supporting parts, service and warranty for those brands of boats. You asked whether the Sea Pro brand would be resurrected. There are no plans to produce any of the Bluewater Marine Group brands. However, several models of the Sea Pro line have been re-tooled and incorporated into our Trophy fishing boat line. Feel free to let us know if you are in need of parts, service or warranty assistance for your Sea Pro. The engines on all of our boats are supported by the engine manufacturer's parts and service network. In the case of your Honda motor, any Honda dealer should be able to assist you with any support you might need. You may e-mail me with any specific boat inquiries and I will assist you and. if appropriate, direct you to a dealer that can help you. Sincerely, Ross Robinson US Marine Customer Service ross.robinson@usmboats.com (360) 435-8957 (follow the Trophy prompts)

I recently experienced some hull issues with my 2006 270 CC and contacted Ross (above post) to see if anything could be done. He really took the ball and ran with it. He determined that the issue was severe enough that it warranted removing the deck and rebuilding some stringers and has offered to repair it for free at the Marine-Pro facility in Columbia, SC. This is not a small job on a boat this size and (with the plant closing) they couldn't even ascertain that I had transferred the warranty when I bought the boat in 2007. Her said it didn't matter because they stand behind their boats, even though the product line had closed.
This is probably the very first time I have heard of such a thing without going to court or making threats...even with a full warranty and boat company that is still in business. It speaks well of the organization and should make any Sea Pro owner rest a little easier knowing that your investment is safe. Thanks Ross. You did good! Jerry

Had a real similar problem with my 08 SV2400CC. Never had to deal direct with factory. Local dealer dealt with them but Sea Pro took care of everything and went the extra mile to ensure I shouldn't have the problem again. In my case, due to timing issues, they agreed to let a local guy who is very respected in the business do the work. One heck of a bill on the job also! Sea Pro took care of everything working with my dealer. Can't ask for more than that (except a loaner boat for the summer would have been nice)! Like Jerry said, They will stand behind thier product.

Just a heads-up on my hull issues. I pulled the 270 from Houston to Coulmbia, SC to Marine-Pro. They were the recommended facility for Sea Pro repairs and I must say I am truly impressed with what I found there. Tim De Priest and Stephen Waller (the owners) are former Sea Pro folks and they knew what was wrong without even looking. Seems my boat is like number 11 with the same issues. I saw pics of their prior work and they had another like mine which was just completed and the quality is way beyond good. In fact it looks like a totally new boat when they get done. These two are a wealth of info on all Sea Pro boats and I hope they will join this forum. Their contact is 803-407-6020.

Well, everything that Marine-Pro and Sea Pro said would happen...happened! The quality of work and detail to attention are absolutely second to none. It really is like a brand new boat. They did so much work that I couldn't even list it here and the fit is just incredible.
Thank you Marine-Pro. It was worth every penny it took to get the boat to you and back.

Just wanted to say thanks to Slightly Dangerous for the compliments of our recent repair to his 270 CC Sea Pro.
If anyone needs help or repair with any issue with your Sea Pro, Sea Boss or Palmetto product please feel free to give us a call. However if you feel that your issue is warranty related please contact your local Sea Pro dealer if available or contact Ross Robinson at US Marine.

Hello all, I'm thinking of purchasing a 2005 220 wa. Anyone with any knowledge of the boat? In particular, I'd like to know what the deadrise is and how it handles 3-4 footers. It's got a Yamaha 150 four-strike (enough power?). Also, any trouble getting parts from Brunswick?
Thanks.
