Gnrphil yeah I thought the same thing about the pipe. Like it is broken on the end. But actually according to the parts manual it is supposed to be like that. But I am missing a seal and a collar on the end of it. So I am placing an order for them tomorrow.

Well i am happy to report that the Tohatsu ran good today. No over heating alarm and no reduced RPM like last time. So now i just need to fine tune the carbs and ready for some fishing, after i get back from my next fishing trip of course. But glad that she ran good and all the gauges worked good and the new stereo was jamming!!!!
